What to include in an abrasive belt enquiry
A clear specification helps your supplier review fit and prepare a useful quotation.
Start with the requirement
Give the belt length and width in millimetres. Name the machine model — a machine specification sheet or a photo of an old belt label helps.
Confirm compatibility
Add workpiece material, preferred abrasive, grit, backing requirement and joint requirements. Avoid selecting a product using belt colour alone.
Prepare your enquiry
List quantities by size and grit, packaging preferences, destination and the required delivery date. The final quotation confirms specification, availability, payment terms and transport arrangements.
