Dust collection & pad compatibility, explained
Hole patterns, open-mesh discs and backer pads must match your extraction setup.
Start with the requirement
Identify your pad: number of holes, diameter and whether it is used with dust extraction. Non-hole discs and open-mesh discs behave differently from multi-hole discs.
Confirm compatibility
Match disc hole layout to pad ports. Open-mesh discs need a compatible pad and a working extraction system; PSA discs need a clean pad face.
Prepare your enquiry
List pad model, hole count, disc size and grit list, plus your dust-extraction arrangement. Confirm sample behaviour before a production order.
