Contact details, company information, product requirements and attachments submitted with an enquiry. A hashed connection identifier limits abusive submissions.

Details are used to review and respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate requested commercial discussions. Access is limited to authorised administrators.

Records are held with our hosting provider. Data may be processed outside your country. Retention follows business follow-up and record-keeping obligations; you may request specific retention or deletion.
